Generate cold water / flake ice continuously Proven use Falling film chillers have been used in various industrial sectors for many years. Water runs over the heat exchanger plates from a trough arranged above the heat exchanger plates. This enables a continuous heat transfer between the water and the cooling medium. Outstanding advantages The arrangement of holes in the upper tub enables targeted water distribution on the heat exchanger plates. The construction using a perforated tub has the further advantage that no contamination occurs and the liquid to be cooled is evenly distributed. Made of stainless steel The trickle cooler is made entirely of stainless steel. You can choose between different materials (see data sheet). Low boiling delay Our trickle coolers are characterized by the fact that the boiling delay is low in flooded operation, whereby overheating can be selected in dry expansion operation.

Universal use for a wide range of applications Ice stores are used in more and more areas of technology. In addition to the classic areas of application in refrigeration, air conditioning and commercial kitchen technology, ice storage systems and cold water systems are increasingly being used in process engineering systems. Cold water for subsequent production processes is generated with ice storage tanks. Ice storage systems thus provide stored cold. Use of cheap night electricity tariffs With the help of ice storage technology, cheap nighttime electricity tariffs can be used. During the night, ice is continuously built up on the plates or on the pipe coils. This ice is then available during the day as stored cooling capacity. This can significantly reduce energy costs. The cooling units can also be made smaller when using ice storage systems.

Cable glands are used for connecting fixed calbes and lines in housings, distributors and switch boxes. Temperature range: Static: -40 °C to +100 °C. Dynamic: -20 °C to +100 °C.

Shrink disc to connect a hollow hub to a shaft. They are mounted on the OD of the hub and generate pressure on the hub wall by reducing the ID with wedgeformed rings, creating a press fit between the hub and shaft. They are suitable for static, dynamic and shock loads. for extremely high torques no axial shaft/hub offset when assembling selfcentring The version 23380014072 has high tensile ISO 4762 screws. Assembly Remove existing transportation locks. Clean and lightly oil shaft, internal and external hub diameters. Do not use MoS2 or grease. Slide shrink disc onto hub. Then slide unit (shrink disc/hub) onto shaft and position correctly. Gently tighten clamping screws one after the other by hand. Then use a torque wrench to tighten the clamping screws crosswise in several increments to the defined tightening torque MS. 1st increment approx. 33% MS 2nd increment approx. 66% MS

Milled toothing, straight teeth engagement angle 20°, bright. Outside diameter extruded, tolerance h9. Note The gear rack teeth are cut using a hob mill. This results in minus tolerances for dimensions H and H1 up to module 2 0.2 mm. module 2.5 to 3 0.3 mm.

The spur gears have a centre bore or pilot hole (this can vary due to manufacturing methods). For this reason, the dimension D2 max. given in the table is the maximum diameter of the bore with which the spur gears are supplied. This pilot/centre bore can be amended by the customer to produce a reamed bore, reamed bore with keyway or a tapped hole. Alternatively, customers can also use bushes to reduce the bore diameter. Sprockets with hub one side for DIN ISO 606 roller chains. The sprockets have a centre bore or are predrilled (this can vary due to production methods). For this reason, the dimension D3 max. given in the table is the maximum diameter of the bore that the sprockets are supplied with. This pilot hole/centre bore can be customised with a reamed hole, reamed hole with keyway or a tapped hole by the customer. Alternatively, bushes can be fitted by the customer to reduce the diameter.

Note On telescopic slides with overextension, the travel is greater than the installed length. Latches in open position. When the release lever is actuated, the drawer can be taken out easily and separated from the guide. The dynamic load capacity of the telescopic slides indicates the maximum load rating of a vertically mounted slide pair when the entire extension length is used. The load capacity specified is calculated with a slide spacing of 400 mm and is based on the maximum value with 10,000 cycles. The load capacity is ca. 75% lower by horizontal mounting. The head height of the fastening screws should not exceed 2.5 mm otherwise there is a risk of collision with other parts of the slide.
