Optics are rarely standalone components. They frequently need a casing, a carrier or even complex integration into a system. This is the exact specialty of our Mechanical Engineering department. We put our mechanical production skills in the service of optomechanical and even purely mechanical customer applications. We manufacture nonferrous metal, noncorroding machininggrade steel and plastic components and produce highprecision mechanical subassemblies as well as unmounted turned and milled parts in small and medium quantities. The steel welding process is a key technology for the production of metal structures. We weld stainless steel structural elements, as well as entire structures made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys. The main welding types used by us are: a) arc welding with a consumable electrode in the shield of inert gasses (MIG welding) and active gasses (MAG welding); b) arc welding with a non-consumable electrode in protective gasses (TIG welding); c) 3D laser welding. The specificity of the welding services and its belonging to special processes mean that it is carried out in our plant only by qualified employees who undergo regular training to improve their qualifications. The uncompromising approach allowed us to weld in industries with increased requirements: automotive, aviation and railway. In the metal welding process, we can also use a welding robot, which allows us to achieve high repeatability and welding quality for small and large production series.

The most simple way of welding thermoplastic materials is to use the ultrasonic manual welding device. This is particularly well suited for applications in prototype design, for processing of single products, small series and repairs. Regardless of caulking, swaging, staking, cutting, or spot welding, the HSG ultrasonic manual welding device is easy to use, provides variable power rating, and can be equipped with all types of conventional sonotrodes (35 kHz).

If you want to have a device completely assembled, you've come to the right place. It does not matter whether you only need a small number of items or series production. We derive the processes and assembly instructions from a first joint workshop. In this way we can procure the important components, assemble the device and then test it. Your product will be assembled according to your requirements. On request, we can assemble under clean room conditions, assemble only individual components or prepare the device for final assembly on your premises. When assembling devices, we can work with methods such as press-fit technology or, for example, secure components by gluing.
