During re-machining, a cutting tool is used to remove material from a workpiece in order to shape or surface it as required. We offer re-machining (turning, twisting) as wage work. The following machining operations we offer: Turn thin stem, pins and tips Screw punctures, approaches and undercuts Heads of screws / cold shaped parts machining process (turning) further machining operations are possible on request. Our curve-controlled automatic Audrema lathes offer you further possibilities of finishing cold-moulded parts. These automatic lathes are designed to achieve maximum precision and reproducibility at high throughputs. Short loading and unloading times permit economical production of medium-sized and large series.

As a manufacturer of control cabinets, we are always at your side. We process standard cabinets as well as special designs for our customers. We take care of construction and wiring plans directly according to customer specifications, as well as the mechanical processing, the construction and the wiring of the control cabinets. After the actual construction, we also carry out an electrical test and insulation tests. Upon delivery, you will receive the customer-specific labels and accompanying documents. If you want to have a device completely assembled, you've come to the right place. It does not matter whether you only need a small number of items or series production. We derive the processes and assembly instructions from a first joint workshop. In this way we can procure the important components, assemble the device and then test it. Your product will be assembled according to your requirements. On request, we can assemble under clean room conditions, assemble only individual components or prepare the device for final assembly on your premises.
