Keyfax Repairs Diagnostics helps customer service staff diagnose tenants repair requests. Through a graphical interface it guides the conversation to identify exactly what the issues is, how it was caused, the priority, and automatically assigns the correct SOR code(s). So repairs are diagnosed correctly, first time, and tenants are satisfied. It is easily integrated with all of the major Housing Management Systems through a RESTful API, so communications are completely secure.
