Bag Printing – Non Woven Mat bags made of polypropylene (PP) are an optimal carrier for your advertisement and for trade fair and promotional use. Non woven bags can be formatted and printed in many ways. Screen printing, or fabric printing, is especially well-suited for small orders and simple printing (logos and flat surfaces) with one or two pure colour tones. If you need a higher printing quality or full-surface printing, offset printing is recommended for your printed fabric sack. Generally, this requires full-surface printing (100% printed surface). So that the design is as brilliantly colourful as possible, we use a white PP non-woven bag as our standard. The same thing goes for gravure printing with non-woven bag printing. When using gravure printing, we guarantee real photo quality printing for your non-woven bags. Linear Sieve The flexible and adaptive screening system The linear sieve enables contract screening with maximum flexibility. Through the adjustability of the stroke length, the variable tilt adjustment of the screening fabric and the motor speed, which is controllable by frequency converter, the widest variety of products and grain sizes can be a screened perfectly. A continuous-cleaning screen insert de-duster reduces blocking of the screen fabric. Thanks to the long-stroke agitation of the screen fabric the best possible selectivity is achieved, at the same time the long-stroke movement plan prevents elongated particles from standing up. The result is a greatly reduced number of outsize particles in the final product. Centrifugal Screening Vibration/rotation screening plants – the solution for fatty, oily and light products The vibration/rotation screening machine enables the screening of products that are difficult to screen and that would smear up screen inserts. This relates in particular to fat-containing and oiled products and products with very light bulk weights. For this purpose, an eddy current is generated by a wing rotating in screening half shells. Through targeted vibration overlays of the the outer screen fabric a seal of the fabric is prevented, thus ensuring a high-quality screening even for procedurally sensitive products.
