Reveal is a web application that, through a gamified continuous feedback system, analyzes the working behavior and the employee’s communication network. The objective of the application is to engage the workforce by helping the people to monitor their behavior at work and to focus them on the areas of improvement. On the other side, the organization receives a periodical report, elaborated by senior Psychology consultants which illustrates the informal communication between the employees and the specific training needs of each department.
