By simply moving the centre cam roller, the roller carriage can be adjusted so that it is free of play or has the desired pretension in the rail. High travel speeds up to 7 m/s and extremely quiet (faster and quieter than systems that use recirculating balls). The wipers are fitted with an oilsoaked felt. This felt is in constant contact with the track to ensure perfect lubrication. The felts can be recharged using an oil pump through the lubrication points on the front. Our BB/BB grade 18mm plinth panels are a standard size, 145mm high, and will fit most standard kitchen base units. Supplied with a removable plastic plinth sealing strip to protect against moisture ingress from spillages, overly wet floor mopping and the subsequent swelling and degradation, overtime, these conditions may induce. As with each of our standard plywood kitchen cabinets, and accessories, we offer an optional, hard wearing, water based Polyurethane Varnish (oil based PU upon request) to enhance and protect your Plywood kitchen plinths against discoloration, dirt and moisture. Our in-house CNC capabilities allow us to cut bespoke plinth panels with ventilation grooves for fridges and freezers or angled cut-outs for dishwashers.
