Our Oak Veneer Faced Black Dyed MDF comprises of a real Oak, Crown Cut. veneer that is factory bonded to both sides of a 10mm black dyed MDF core. The overall thickness of 11mm the panels is 11mm. This makes them perfect for a wide range of domestic and commercial projects. This includes, but is not limited to, decorative wall panelling and wall cladding. Available cut to size, we can offer strips of black dyed MDF with an Oak veneer face, in any width and up to 2440mm long. This is perfect for creating low cost Oak faced Slat Wall feature walls in any room. Alternatively, and conveniently, we also offer easy to mount, pre-machined Oak faced black MDF slat wall panels These are available in our standard easy to ship size, or full sheets upon request. Not only can we supply your panels cut to size, we can also lacquer your Oak Faced Black MDF panels so you don’t have to. Our in-house spraying capability means we can finish your panels before they leave here and arrive with you.

Our Bespoke Fluted MDF panels are available in a variety of thicknesses. The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We can even machine your panels so that they meet perfectly on internal, or external corners. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted. Supplied, as standard, raw and un-sanded, we can supply the panels pre-sanded or pre-sanded and pre-primed ready for you to paint. Our in-house spraying service also pre-finish the panels in any colour you desire, if required. Black MDF Board is pretty much a standard MDF board that has been dyed throughout with a black pigment during the manufacturing process. Cut it, shape it drill it, machine it, the end result is a black faced, black core MDF board. Black MDF wood panels are made by a number of companies including Valchromat, Fibracolour and Spanalux. We have access to all three manufacturers products however, we currently only stock the Spanalux black coloured MDF version. Our Black throughout MDF sheets are available in a maximum, untrimmed size of 2440mm x 1220mm and thicknesses of 9mm, 12mm, 16mm 19mm and 25mm. Finishing Black Core MDF To further enhance your project we can, upon request, supply our Black Dyed MDF panels with a laminated finish from a number of suppliers, in a wide range of colours. We can also provide Black MDF panels cut to size and clear lacquered in a water based PU coating, if required.
