Adjustable pallet racking offers a variety of storage solutions for practically any type of palletised products you may wish to store. Our systems are flexible and can be designed to meet precise or bespoke criteria without sacrificing cost-effectiveness. Pallet Racking is the most commonly used technique for storing palletised loads. It consists of frames and cross beams available in various heights, lengths and weights capacities. In addition to standard metal processing, we also offer the option of comprehensive individual machine assembly, or device assemblies, including elements of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics or automation elements for initial and final collections. For companies that do not have the ability to run assembly services, we are able to offer the launch of small and medium-sized stations or assembly lines in our plant, which may include not only the metal assemblies of elements, but may include the overall assembly of mechanisms or structures – including hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or automation structures. Well-trained staff of the design office and production employees are able to ensure the correct machine and device assembly. The sheet metal assemblies are the basis for our services, however, the mastered technological process of assembling equipment, machines and devices, allows us to offer a wider range of elements, such as installation services and metal work solutions.

We have extensive experience in the metal designs of small and medium-sized structures and the modernization of machine parts. We are able to design or support the process of designing and manufacturing machine parts and steel structures. The physical connection of the design office with the production hall gives us the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and check the proposed technical solutions. Since 2006, steel structures have been the main area in which we help our clients. We are not only manufacturing steel elements to order – very often we help and support our customers in ensuring that metal structural elements meet all strength and utility requirements, and that they are maximally economical. As steel structure fabricators, we are able to produce any steel structures to order – of course, we are also subject to certain technological limitations, but they are small enough that they are not the main obstacle where welding of steel structures occurs.

The steel welding process is a key technology for the production of metal structures. We weld stainless steel structural elements, as well as entire structures made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys. The main welding types used by us are: a) arc welding with a consumable electrode in the shield of inert gasses (MIG welding) and active gasses (MAG welding); b) arc welding with a non-consumable electrode in protective gasses (TIG welding); c) 3D laser welding. The specificity of the welding services and its belonging to special processes mean that it is carried out in our plant only by qualified employees who undergo regular training to improve their qualifications. The uncompromising approach allowed us to weld in industries with increased requirements: automotive, aviation and railway. In the metal welding process, we can also use a welding robot, which allows us to achieve high repeatability and welding quality for small and large production series.

Metal dowel for hollow structures The main purpose is to attach building materials to bases with low loadbearing capacity, for example: plasterboard, particle board or hollow materials. It is also used when frequent disassembly of the structure is necessary. Installation can be carried out in two ways: using special pliers, using a screwdriver.

The inverter machine VIKING 500A PRO is used for manual arc welding of metal blanks. The inverter has a functional control panel with a digital display that displays the main operating parameters. The device is equipped with overload protection and voltage surge protection. The technologies applied during the manufacture of VIKING 500A PRO devices allow performing any tasks in welding, surfacing and cutting metal structures for performing work with any kind of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm and a maximum arc welding current of up to 500А (100% at 420 A). The welding inverter machine can be used at low temperatures and reduced supply voltage. Adjustable functions of hot start and arc reheat imply the ability to adjust the operation of the device with minimal spattering and allow you to perform work in any spatial position of the electrode and welded surfaces.

TORUS-255 has the widest possible range of arc welding currents (from 20 to 255 A), which makes it possible to use it both for welding very thin metals, including in the TIG mode (welding with non-consumable electrode), and for continuous welding of large metal structures using an electrode up to 6 mm in diameter. The operating margin in the ТОРУС-255 device is such that it can be effectively used not only for the MMA and TIG modes, but also in the surfacing and cutting modes. At the same time, the weight of the device itself is traditionally not big – only 5.7 kg. Like all devices of the ТОРУС line, ТОРУС-255 has increased reliability with all its maximum parameters. A 3-year manufacturer’s warranty is a guarantee of its high performance in the most severe operating conditions.

The Russian-manufactured inverter machine ТОРУС-320 is used for manual arc welding of metal blanks. The inverter has a functional control panel with a digital display that displays the main operating parameters. The metal housing is equipped with large ventilation holes in order to prevent overheating of internal components. The device is equipped with overload protection and voltage surge protection. The technologies applied during the manufacture of ТОРУС-320 devices allow performing any tasks in welding, surfacing and cutting metal structures for performing work with any kind of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm and a maximum arc welding current of up to 320A (100% at 300A). The welding inverter machine can be used at low temperatures and reduced supply voltage.
