Pallet Racking is the most commonly used technique for storing palletised loads. It consists of frames and cross beams available in various heights, lengths and weights capacities. Increases space in your warehouse or yard facility with pallet racking enables you to increase profit and productivity by maximising on the space you have available. By taking up minimal floor space and storing vertically in this format forklift trucks can be used to access the pallets holding the stock. In addition to standard metal processing, we also offer the option of comprehensive individual machine assembly, or device assemblies, including elements of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics or automation elements for initial and final collections. For companies that do not have the ability to run assembly services, we are able to offer the launch of small and medium-sized stations or assembly lines in our plant, which may include not only the metal assemblies of elements, but may include the overall assembly of mechanisms or structures – including hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or automation structures. Well-trained staff of the design office and production employees are able to ensure the correct machine and device assembly. The sheet metal assemblies are the basis for our services, however, the mastered technological process of assembling equipment, machines and devices, allows us to offer a wider range of elements, such as installation services and metal work solutions.

The Russian-manufactured inverter machine ТОРУС-320 is used for manual arc welding of metal blanks. The inverter has a functional control panel with a digital display that displays the main operating parameters. The metal housing is equipped with large ventilation holes in order to prevent overheating of internal components. The device is equipped with overload protection and voltage surge protection. The technologies applied during the manufacture of ТОРУС-320 devices allow performing any tasks in welding, surfacing and cutting metal structures for performing work with any kind of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm and a maximum arc welding current of up to 320A (100% at 300A). The welding inverter machine can be used at low temperatures and reduced supply voltage.
