We offer test stands and measurement technology and the complete software package: LabVIEW, SPS S7, Wonderware, C Sharp LabVIEW, PLC S7, Wonderware, C Sharp Today, measurement technology is no longer conceivable without high-performance software that is tailored precisely to the application - this applies both to measurement recording and the evaluation of the recorded data, right up to the control of complete systems. For this reason, EP-E has consistently developed into a software house specializing in measurement technology over the last few years. More than half of our development department is now working exclusively in this field. We are therefore one of the few companies in Germany that can supply you with test and inspection systems where hardware and software are perfectly matched. But our team is also happy to develop suitable solutions for test stands from other manufacturers.

We offer you a comprehensive service portfolio around your measurement technology: whether we support you in the complete project or only in sub-areas, is entirely up to you. We design this training according to your wishes: For newcomers, we offer basic seminars on dynamic data acquisition. It doesn't matter whether you already have a measuring system or want to procure one first. We explain the basics of the most common sensors used in dynamic measurement technology, explain the general functionality of dynamic measuring systems and show, using the example of HGL hardware and software, how a dynamic measurement task can be prepared, carried out and evaluated. If you already have measurement technology from HGL, we offer you further courses to further deepen and optimize the handling of hardware and software. Here we focus entirely on your needs. We can provide an in-depth overview of the various hardware or software components or concentrate on individual aspects and deepen them.

The HICPRO is the ultimate portable device for measuring HIC values (Head Injury Criterion). All the measurement and IT technology required to determine the head injury factor is included in the device. The data obtained can be displayed directly on the device or transferred to a PC, tablet or smartphone via WIFI or USB. The optimum oscillation behavior of the ultrasonic sonotrodes is determined by means of FEM (Finite Element Method) calculation. Highest precision requirements in terms of CAD/CAM calculation algorithms guarantee precise 3D contours for sonotrode manufacturing. Measuring and documentation of the amplitude distribution is performed at the vibrating sonotrode using state-of-the-art laser measurement technology. Special surface finishings result in even longer service life spans of the ultrasonic sonotrodes.
