Our Large Fluted MDF panelling is available in a maximum thickness of 22mm and can be supplied in either a primed or un-primed finish. The Fluted range is also available in other variations including standard and mini, each of which can be “cut to size” to suit your particular project.

Our Real Oak Veneer Faced Black MDF Slat Wall Panels are an excellent choice for both domestic and commercial interior design projects. The panels combine a range of features that each contribute to it’s aesthetic appeal, durability, and functionality. The board is supplied to us, direct from the manufacturer, with a real Oak veneer face that is factory bonded to a 10mm black dyed MDF core. The factory applied Oak veneer ensures a highly reliable bond that will not delaminate over time. The 10mm black dyed core provides the following benefits over the 18mm alternative… Shallower installation depth. Easier to handle. Easier to install. Lower cost.

Produced, in-house, from a high quality 12mm moisture resistant MDF, our 30mm V Grooved MDF panel is just one example of our bespoke V-grooved MDF panel machining capabilities. Available “off the shelf” (made to order, un-primed, with a short, 5-7 working day, lead time), this design offers a unique, modern design that can be readily ordered in its natural, un-painted, un-sanded state in full sheets with either portrait (tall and thin with the grooves running top to bottom) or landscape, short & wide, with grooves running top to bottom. Naturally, either option can be rotated to accommodate horizontal grooved design applications. If you would like your panels cut to size, pre-primed (an online option) or prefinished in a particular spray finished colour, our in-house capabilities allows us to accommodate your request. Our “standard” pitch (the distance from the bottom of one groove to the next) options include 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and even a variable, random pitch option. If that does not suit your particular project, we can also provide bespoke, custom width, Tongue and Groove Cladding to suit your exact needs. Each of our of T&G Cladding panels is CNC routed, in-house, using high quality Moisture resistant MDF. This makes it easier to paint and resistant to moisture (not water). Our Oak Veneered Faced Black Dyed Chevron panels are available in strips of 2400mm x 390mm and in a standard thickness of 11mm. These panels are suitable for various applications in interior décor. Product – Finsa Fibracolour Negro The dimensioned drawing shows the profile of the panel when machined with a brand-new cutter. The effect of sharpening on the cutters softens the profile slightly. This is only noticeable when comparing one panel against another that were purchased separately at different times.

Enter the thickness of the MDF strips (6, 9 or 12mm). Enter the width of the MDF strips (75, 80 or 100mm) Enter the width of your wall (in mm) Enter the height to the top of the panelling (see diagram above and order tips below). Enter number of horizontal openings (see diagram above and order tips below). The number of vertical openings (see diagram above and tips below). When ordering multiple walls, add the first wall to your cart and then repeat the process for each additional wall. Remember to allow for the thickness of the panelling on the previous wall.

Supplied in their machined finish the grooves will require sanding prior to painting however, we can, supply the panels pre-sanded and/or pre-primed.
