Black MDF Board is pretty much a standard MDF board that has been dyed throughout with a black pigment during the manufacturing process. Cut it, shape it drill it, machine it, the end result is a black faced, black core MDF board. Black MDF wood panels are made by a number of companies including Valchromat, Fibracolour and Spanalux. We have access to all three manufacturers products however, we currently only stock the Spanalux black coloured MDF version. Our Black throughout MDF sheets are available in a maximum, untrimmed size of 2440mm x 1220mm and thicknesses of 9mm, 12mm, 16mm 19mm and 25mm. Finishing Black Core MDF To further enhance your project we can, upon request, supply our Black Dyed MDF panels with a laminated finish from a number of suppliers, in a wide range of colours. We can also provide Black MDF panels cut to size and clear lacquered in a water based PU coating, if required.

Our Factory Primed MDF Sheet cut to size can be used for a wide range of interior projects. It is very popular with kitchen and bedroom manufacturers for use in cabinet construction. The pre-primed, moisture resistant sheets are supplied to us with white UV primer on both sides. When coupled with our cut to size service, this product provides a time and cost saving compared to the un-primed alternative. Our 18mm Ivory Melamine faced board is available from stock and is comes with the option of a pre-applied, colour matched, 2mm ABS edging. When ordering edging please enter your overall dimensions, we will allow for the the thickness of the edging. You can select how many edges you would like edged using our drop down menu. Construction of interroom doors The construction of interior doors with frame modifications is significantly different from models with hollow frames. The peculiarity of the design of the interroom door is primarily that the vertical walls of the door wing are connected by wide transverse beams - dashes, in several places along the height of the entire wing. This construction ensures the stability of the door leaf. The materials for the production of lines and walls are simultaneously pine beams and MDF board. The door cover is PVC film. Frame and wings The frame is made of multi-layer glued wood. The wings, depending on the model, consist of horizontal beams of the dressing and inserts, as well as frosted tempered glass.

Our Maple Furniture Board is produced on an 18mm MDF core which, in turn, offers far better qualities than its particle board counterparts. The MDF core provides a cleaner cut, is easier to edge and takes screws better, in our opinion, than the inferior chipboard (particle board) alternative. The Maple melamine face offers a good rendition of a true Maple board and is suitable for wide range of projects within the home, and commercial projects, alike. Over the years we have provided Maple Melamine board cut to size, and edged, for desk tops and table tops as well as kitchen and bedroom carcasses. Typically, Maple Furniture Board is supplied in standard sizes up to, an including 600mm. Our board is available up to 1220mm untrimmed and 1210mm trimmed. Due to the unreliable factory finished edge of melamine faced board we would always recommend avoiding 1220mm panel widths.
