RM2M offers a range of spring hose reels for fluids with either a fixed or swivel wall mount. The range is as follows: Painted steel reels. Maximum capacity 30m in 1''. Also available with 3/8'', ¼'', 1/2'', and ¾'' hose. For water and air. Maximum pressure 20 bar. Also available in 304 stainless steel version (not for food processing). Versions for hot water 130°C – 100 bar. Versions for hot water 130°C -200 bar. Versions for hot water 130°C -400 bar. Versions for oil 150 bar. Versions for grease 600 bar. Versions for diesel 10 bar. Versions for ADBLUE 10 bar. Versions for two identical hoses (simultaneous circulation of air and paint, for example). Versions for welding. Versions for LPG or methane. In addition to spring-retractable models, we can also offer motorized versions (hydraulic, pneumatic, electric (24VDC)) or manual versions with handle.

We started using this machine for soft materials in 2013 where a lot of customers asked us for another smaller option beside a swing beam press! With the STAR MA3 we can offer you a solution! It works exactly like a bigger swing beam press. The cutting head is attached to a cylinder on the backside of the machine. The force isn't made by hydraulic systems. It is made manually through a 812mm long handle on the front of the machine. The head is inclined a few degress like a bigger swing beam press. This is balanced if the cutting head is under force. This many is used worldwide for small quanitities for cutting leather, pictures or laboratory works.
