Machining of sheet metal - Import export

With the acquisition in June 2011 of the Fiber Laser we have the possibility to work in combined mode as if we had a combination machine: punching takes place on the 5000R and laser cutting on the Fiber Laser after a very accurate optical calibration. This technology allows to get the best of both worlds: simple shapes are cut at optimal speed on the punching machine whereas more complex shapes are cut with the Fibre laser after optical calibration. It is also possible to perform thread forming and dimpling (form countersinking). The accuracy of these machine is 0.1 mm for metal sheets up to 3000x1500mm. They are equipped with an automatic loader and unloader.

In addition to standard metal processing, we also offer the option of comprehensive individual machine assembly, or device assemblies, including elements of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics or automation elements for initial and final collections. For companies that do not have the ability to run assembly services, we are able to offer the launch of small and medium-sized stations or assembly lines in our plant, which may include not only the metal assemblies of elements, but may include the overall assembly of mechanisms or structures – including hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or automation structures. Well-trained staff of the design office and production employees are able to ensure the correct machine and device assembly. The sheet metal assemblies are the basis for our services, however, the mastered technological process of assembling equipment, machines and devices, allows us to offer a wider range of elements, such as installation services and metal work solutions.

Turning services and milling services are one of the basic methods of machining metal and plastic elements. A park of conventional machines maintained in the highest accuracy class allows for the precision machining service – production of precise details in high tolerance classes for both larger and smaller production series. Machining of metal materials, metal alloys or plastics is the basic method of metal processing classified as subtractive machining, which allows to obtain structural elements of specific shapes and number of details. Conventional metal turning and conventional plate milling are fundamental methods of machining – Marxam Project encourages you to use the service of professional shaping of materials, which is carried out using high-class equipment in a modern machine park.
