Sand Casting For simpler sculptures, without a great degree of detail, we are equipped with equipment to produce sculptures using the chemical sand process. Finishing The chemical sand casting process uses a chemical binder to unite the sand grains and form the mold and allows parts to be obtained with good dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Materials It is used to smelt various metals such as iron, steel, aluminum, copper or bronze. The pieces can have various sizes and complex shapes. Shapes It is used for the production of automobile components, agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, decorative items, furniture and works of art, such as sculptures, busts, plaques, trophies, etc.

"In this method, a process on the surface of zinc, zinc-iron or zinc-nickel produces a defined thin and durable passivation coating, which enhances corrosion resistance. The different passivation processes differ with regard to corrosion protection, appearance, coating thickness and colouring. Often the passivation processes are additionally enhanced by seals (topcoats). These topcoats not only provide even greater corrosion protection, but also provide a more uniform appearance. The topcoats are adjustable to define the friction properties. Passivation processes are provided exclusively chrome-6 free."

The twisting or torsion of the extruded aluminium, stainless steel, brass or iron profiles is carried out via a clockwise (or counter clockwise) solicitation of the cross section against its axis. In order to avoid that this twisting jeopardizes the stiffening rib, we use a filling system to help the stretching and the compression of the fibres. We are able to twist up to 9 mt profiles!
