Injection molding is used for manufacturing a wide variety of parts, from small components to large components. Once a component is designed, a mold is made and precision machined to form the features of the desired part. HODA, UAB is Lithuanian capital company, one of the biggest plastic injection moulders in Baltic states with 3400 m² area of production plant and 3500 m² of warehousing facilities. For us it is very important to produce an excelent quality products and meet customer's requirements for a competitive price.

Gas assist molding is used to hollow out thick sections of a part where coring is not an option and sink is not acceptable. Gas assist molding can be applied to almost any thermoplastic, and most conventional molding machines can be adapted for gas assist molding. One of HODA, UAB activity is the plastic and rubber injection molding, using compressed nitrogen gas. We also provide assembly and packaging services.

At the moment company operates 53 injection moulding machines, which gives us flexibility to produce different size and purpose plastic parts from a fraction of gram up to six kilograms of mass.

Polyketone Material with significantly longer service life, higher power transmission and greater security against tooth breakage due to the extraordinarily high wear resistance and very good tribological properties. Can be used under water and other media. Due to the material properties, plastic gear racks are not straightened. L= nominal length 250 mm. The actual length is roughly a whole multiple of the pitch.

The Hy-Carbon connect machine can diagnose the state of the engine and de-scale it by using hydrogen injection. This innovation helps reduce the risk of breakdowns, reduces pollution and fuel consumption. The Hy-Carbon Connect independently analyses the clogging status of the engine’s sensitive parts, thanks to algorithms developed by FlexFuel®. Following the diagnostic, Hy-Carbon Connect performs custom cleaning and sets sensitive parts in motion throughout the treatment, thereby restoring their original mobility. After the cleaning, Hy-Carbon Connect produces a before & after report for the vehicle, which is sent to the driver. De-scaling is the solution that can reduce fuel consumption by up to 15%, reduce pollutants emissions by 50% and reduce the risk of a breakdown.

The Hy-Calamine 3000S hydrogen engine descaling station is the best solution for cleaning the engines of light vehicles, vans, trucks and buses. It is easy to use, fast and efficient, and has an automatic hydrogen flow management function. It cleans the engine without disassembling mechanical parts, while cleaning pistons, injectors, valves, DPF, spark plugs and EGR valves with its EGR Pilot kit.

The Hy-Carbon 2000S - EGR Pilot is a hydrogen injection descaling system used to clean and improve engine performance, while reducing fuel consumption and pollution. Fast and efficient, the Hy-Carbon descaling station is easy to use as it has an automatic hydrogen flow management function. It cleans the engine without dismantling the mechanical parts and eliminates all carbon residues. The Hy-Carbon 2000S also cleans pistons, injectors, valves, DPF, spark plugs and EGR valves with its EGR Pilot kit.

Simple to use, fast and efficient, the Hy-Carbon 1000S station removes all carbon residues from the engine. It is designed to automatically control the flow of hydrogen and clean the engine without disassembling the mechanical parts. The Hy-Carbon 1000S is particularly effective on the top end of the engine but also cleans pistons, injectors, valves, DPF, spark plugs and EGR valves. The Hy-Carbon 1000S features EGR Pilot technology to control the EGR valve during the cleaning process. This control optimises the efficiency of the descaling process and allows for optimised remedial work. The Hy-Carbon 1000S machine reduces pollution, gives the engine a second life and eliminates most of the black smoke released by your engine due to poor combustion. It is the solution for cleaning your engine and restoring its original performance.

2K or 'two-shot' injection moulding consists of processing two different polymers (or two different colours of one polymer) into an end product by means of one injection moulding process. This technology enables several functions to be integrated into an injection moulded product. One of the major advantages of 2K injection moulding compared to overmoulding is that the polymer to be injected is still hot and has not shrunk yet. This virtually excludes the risk of burrs being formed on the second component. Another significant advantage is the cycle time gained, the constant process and the fact that manual insertion is not required, thus avoiding the risk of damaging the first component.
