Practically all types of materials can be marked with laser marking systems: metals, plastics, semi-conductors, glass and ceramic sheets, as well as organic surfaces such as wood, paper and leather. Depending on the intensity of the laser beam on the substrate, the desired marks can be produced by the change of colour, engraving or micro-fusion.

Switchable privacy glass is essentially a film of liquid crystal sealed between two panes of glass to form one sheet of glass. Once installed, a privacy glass wall or partition can change from opaque to clear with the flick of a switch. Ideal for privacy and use in boardrooms, offices, hospital waiting areas, hospital operating theatres, exhibition display rooms, reception areas.
