When constant spring forces are necessary over a wide temperature range When high spring forces are required The spring deflection of the disk spring is relatively small. Therefore a number of disk springs are combined in practice. Alternatively layered disk springs enhance the spring deflection in proportion to the number, whereby the overall spring force is as large as the force of the individual disk spring. To increase the force, the disk springs can be layered in parallel as a spring packet. Under no circumstances may Neodym magnets be pressed directly into iron, loss of attractive force due to magnetic short circuits occurs. Diameter “D” ground to an h6 tolerance. The workholding magnets 090602010 to 090602030 consist of a permanent magnetic system with fine pole divisions (4 mm) which are effective on two or three faces. To clamp extremely thin steel parts we recommend the magnet 090602040 with the finest pole division of 1.3 mm. The magnetic lifespan of the workholding magnets under conditions prevailant in industrial machining is unlimited. Approximately half the height of the workholding magnets can be ground down or polished away with no significant impairment of the magnetic strength.

It is a cost effective static mixer design with moderate mixing performance capabilities. It is most suitable for use in small diameter turbulent flow and laminar flow applications where the mixing task is simple and where it’s characteristic features of low pressure drop and open geometric structure are best for the specific application. For difficult applications, the high performance GX static mixer is recommended for laminar flow applications. The Helical static mixer is available in metal and plastic construction in a wide variety of configurations and sizes.
