Form A DIN 3760 (ISO 6194/1) version, smooth OD. Form AS DIN 3760 (ISO 6194/0) version, smooth OD with extra dust lip to protect from external dirt. The material NBR has a high wear resistance and is resistant to motor fuels, oil, hydraulic oil and lubricating grease. Operating limits Circumferential speed (m/s) ≤12 Pressure (MPa/bar) ≤0.05/0.5 (rotary shaft lip seals are generally meant for unpressurised operation).

Universal joints with plain bearing can be swivelled by 45°. Max. transferable torque (Nm) at 150 rpm, operation angle α < 5°. * Bore depth is less than by DIN 808.

Connecting links for DIN ISO 606 duplex roller chains. By Form E, the spring clip must be mounted with the closed end facing the direction of movement. Offset links are required to close the chain if there is an odd number of links. Using offset links reduces the power and tensile strength by 20%.

R-clips are used for securing bolts and axles. They are easy to install and can be reused. The ends have no sharp edges. Double coil R-clips have a flatter spring characteristics and are easier to install. The double coil allows a tether cable to be attached to prevent loss. Drawing reference: Form E: with single coil. Tapped cylindrical pins are chiefly used in blind holes. The milled flat prevents air compression in blind holes. The tapping makes it possible to use the extractor 03328.

Form A locating pins are used to position workpieces and fixture parts in reamed holes. The flattened Form C can be used to bridge tolerances in hole spacing or to secure the part to be positioned in one direction only. The Form A locating pins can also be used as limit stops or fixture feet. Advantages: Cerazur is extremely impact and bend resistant. The basis of this material is zirconium oxide. Spline shafts based on DIN ISO 14 with straight parallel flanks. A spline shaft with spline hub is used to transmit high torques while enabling simultaneous axial movement. The spline shafts are colddrawn. Cold drawing does not interrupt the grain flow of the base material, ensuring spline shafts of very high strength. Tolerances Straightness 0.8 mm/m.
