STEEC has been a pioneering company in cutting and laser micro-cutting in France. Since the first YAG industrial laser in France was installed in the premises of the company in 1983. 30 years ago STEEC developed unique know-how and competence in this field which it offers its customers as part of its subcontracting service. The company now has 5 laser cutting machines which enable it to meet a wide range of requirements. These machines, in which the company continually investing, have been custom designed according to STEEC specification in order to comply with the quality and precision standards demanded by the customers. Using its highly efficient innovating machines STEEC carries out very high precision cutting on flat and tubular parts with thickness ranging from 3mm to 2µm !

According to DIN2353 for pipe connections up to 60 bar

Self-tapping threaded inserts for making high-strength, wear-free, vibration resistant screw connections in materials with low shear strength such as aluminium and aluminium alloys, brass, bronze, cast iron, duro and thermoplastics. The threaded inserts are tapered at the bottom and have a cutting slot. By screwing in they cut their own threads inside a receiver hole. This guarantees a completely secure and firm anchoring in the host material. Internal thread D1 acc. to ISO 6H. The threaded inserts with cutting slot spring slightly inwards in the slot region in some materials. This results in a screw locking effect. If this is not desired, we recommend the threaded inserts with a cutting bore.

The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We can even machine your panels so that they meet perfectly on internal, or external corners. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted. Supplied, as standard, raw and un-sanded, we can supply the panels pre-sanded or pre-sanded and pre-primed ready for you to paint. Our in-house spraying service also pre-finish the panels in any colour you desire, if required. To compliment our our range of MDF wall panelling products we have created a range of Tongue and Groove Panelling in two different thicknesses, three different pitches (the distance between the grooves), 75mm, 100mm. 150mm and a “random” pitch option. Tongue and Groove Panelling The random pitch T&G wall panelling option has a selection of pitches ranging from 75mm to 200mm and provides a less uniform, slightly more modern, twist to the standard options. We can also provide custom pitches upon request. Our Tongue and Groove wall panelling is supplied “cut to size” and ready to fit. To place your order, type in your preferred centres (the distance between grooves), enter the height you would like your panelling, followed by the width of your wall, and then add to cart”.
