Our custom made cardboard pallet box is often used for export and product shipments to customers. They are also used for internal processes within production companies. CUSTOM MADE Carton pallet boxes are available in many sizes, up to a length of 2400mm. Depending on the products inside and the desired load capacity, we choose the appropriate type of box and box construction together with you. LOAD CAPACITY Cardboard pallet boxes can have a load capacity of more than 1,000kg and with a special construction even up to 4,000kg. These pallet boxes can not only handle heavy loads but also offer solid benefits to manufacturers and distributors who need to transport and store products on a daily basis, regardless of their size, shape, or weight. The material they are made of – corrugated cardboard – makes cardboard boxes easy to recycle, reusable, and cost-effective for one-time use.

Carpet Racking utilises adjustable Pallet Racking Frames and Beams in a wide range of configurations to accommodate a wide variety of carpet lengths and roll diameters. Rolls are typically loaded end-on into the Racking system via a specially designed attachment on the fork lift or reach truck. Beam levels can be decked with Chipboard, Timber, MDF etc. to allow smaller carpets and off-cuts to be stored. Each system is designed on a bespoke basis, but there are similarities in many applications which include vinyl roll and artificial turf roll storage racks providing a good basis from which to start the design process. As manufacturers utilising the very latest production equipment, we can meet all requirements on a cost effective basis to suit individual customers’ needs for all pallet racking solutions.

Our transport logistics in local transport is there for you to bring your goods quickly from A to B. We are at your service in the early morning hours Monday to Saturday. We have a fleet with our own drivers with whom we bring your goods to a desired destination in local transport. No matter whether a small package is to be transported spontaneously to a single customer or many packages to many different customers. We also transport pallets for you with our 3.5t tail lift and electric pallet truck. In addition, due to our many years of activity in the parent company in the field of press delivery, we have an extensive network of flexible forwarding companies. As a result, we are able to carry out daily trips (last-mile logistics) for you. Gladly in the early morning hours until late in the evening.
