Flexible MDF, or bendy MDF, as it is also known, is an MDF panel that is grooved on the rear which allows it to bend, with minimal distortion, around existing curved surfaces or curved formers. Commercially, it is popular with architects and exhibition stand designers to create curved walls, bespoke reception desks, counter fronts and retail display furniture. Domestically, it can be used for curved home bar units, curved kitchen islands, custom built TV/HiFi furniture, and other features and furniture elements around the home. Flexible MDF comes in to two thicknesses, 6mm and 9mm. Two sheets can be glued together to provide extra rigidity and increase impact resistance. We offer you standardised complete systems for the measurement of volume & mass flows. We use measuring elements that have established themselves within previously built customer-specific test benches and convince with high measuring accuracy. We develop and manufacture Venturi tubes and nozzles as individual components or as VMF® complete systems. The VenturiMasterFlow® measuring system, VMF® for short, is used for the precise measurement of air or gas volume and mass flows of 100,000 m³/h. The core of the VMF® system is the FlowProcessor, a PC system with the corresponding data acquisition hardware. Venturi nozzles convince by a low remaining pressure loss and are suitable for flow measurement of gases with high temperatures. The software developed under LabVIEW is operated either via touch screen or with mouse and keyboard.

Another variant is a mobile system: The EP SMF® - Mobile Flow Calibrator - a compact measuring system for flow calibration. EP Ehrler Prüftechnik manufactures single nozzles in the flow rate range from 0.005 to 2000 m³/h. In addition to our standard range, we also manufacture customer-specific nozzles that are perfectly designed for your application in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9300*.

We have responded to this trend by purchasing a fleet of professional tipper trailers equipped with an unloading system. We have developed a high degree of efficiency in bulk container transport. This efficiency is the result of our special tipper trailers, custom-built for us, on which we can transport 20’ and 30’ containers. We transport bulk containers from Antwerp, Rotterdam, and Moerdijk to the destination of your choice in the Benelux countries. Bulk containers are primarily used to transport bulk goods, such as plastic granules, plastic regrind, plastic powders, phosphates, chunked animal nutrition, and cereals. Every free-flowing type of cargo can be transported this way. Our tipper trailers are equipped with an unloading system, which enables us to unload your goods right at your customer’s doorstep!
