Motocrane car camera is made of 7075 and 6061-T6 aluminum which makes it very light and resistant.

Sidestream filters remove sediment, biological growth, rust and corrosion products from recirculating closed loop CHW, LTHW and MTHW water circuits in the HVAC industry. These filters protect pipework, valves, pumps and components by removing suspended impurities and complement water treatment program. BSRIA Publication BG29/2021 recommends that a sidestream filter is installed “to protect and prolong system life expectancy.” Sidestream filters provide an economical solution for filtration in the recirculating water systems by filtering the complete system volume once or twice in 24 hours. Sidestream filters can be supplied fully assembled with pumps on a skid, ready for filtration. These can also be combined with our magnetic assemblies for rust removal from heavily corroded hot water systems.

We offer you standardised complete systems for the measurement of volume & mass flows. The EP LMF®-LaminarMasterFlow® is a complete system for high-precision flow measurement of gases and air. The LMF® system consists of a flow processor, a Laminar Flow Element (LFE) as measuring section, a cable set and a sensor package. The flow measurement is performed by means of Laminar Flow Elements (LFE), which are available in different sizes and cover a measuring range from 0.01 to 700 m³/h. (optionally up to 4000 m³/h).

We offer you standardised complete systems for the measurement of volume & mass flows. We use measuring elements that have established themselves within previously built customer-specific test benches and convince with high measuring accuracy. We develop and manufacture Venturi tubes and nozzles as individual components or as VMF® complete systems. The VenturiMasterFlow® measuring system, VMF® for short, is used for the precise measurement of air or gas volume and mass flows of 100,000 m³/h. The core of the VMF® system is the FlowProcessor, a PC system with the corresponding data acquisition hardware. Venturi nozzles convince by a low remaining pressure loss and are suitable for flow measurement of gases with high temperatures. The software developed under LabVIEW is operated either via touch screen or with mouse and keyboard.

For this reason, EP-E has consistently developed into a software house specializing in measurement technology over the last few years. More than half of our development department is now working exclusively in this field. We are therefore one of the few companies in Germany that can supply you with test and inspection systems where hardware and software are perfectly matched. Up to 18 critical nozzles can be combined, depending on customer requirements. EP offers different designs for the register: Drum Design, Block Design & Register Design. Another variant is a mobile system: The EP SMF® - Mobile Flow Calibrator - a compact measuring system for flow calibration. EP Ehrler Prüftechnik manufactures single nozzles in the flow rate range from 0.005 to 2000 m³/h. In addition to our standard range, we also manufacture customer-specific nozzles that are perfectly designed for your application in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9300*.

TITANIUM The new generation of wave soldering systems – lead free soldering without corrosion. TITANIUM is the innovative soldering solution developed by STRECKFUSS SYSTEMS. It uses titanium, an agent which is extremely lead free solder resistant. For this reason, titanium works perfectly in lead free soldering processes. An oxide film immediately covers all material damages and thus prevents corrosion. In contrast to wave soldering systems with stainless steel components, titanium is not subject to corrosion even when lead free solder is used. By means of a simple and safe solder bath exchange, TITANIUM makes it possible to switch flexibly from a standard soldering process to lead free production. This ensures maximum flexibility at minimum costs and easy handling.
