These are that gas pipework, gas appliances and chimneys/flues are maintained in a safe condition. Gas appliances provided for your use must be checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Moorland Heating Limited engineers are all Gas Safe registered. We carry out work for many private landlords and rental agencies. We can also offer a Legionella Risk Assessment if required.
