Shot blasting is used for the production of metal parts subject to repetitive and cyclical stresses (landing gear, suspension parts, welding, engines, etc.). Faced with major safety constraints and problems of lightening the parts used, the interest of this technique is to be able to increase performance, slow down corrosion and increase the durability of the parts without increasing their weight. All required protective coatings are made in certified external companies. The basic condition for cooperation is meeting all environmental requirements. Our capabilities include the following metal protective coatings: - aluminum anodizing (soft and hard); - cataphoresis (electrophoretic painting); - electropolishing; - galvanic zinc; - hot-dip galvanized (galvanizing metal); - powder coating. Dry ice blasting is used in a number of sectors of the (agro) food industry such as the production of food and drinks, the chocolate industry, industrial baking, the production of pizzas and pasta, extrusion cooking, ready meals, animal feed etc. - Very quick and efficient methods - Dry and non-abrasive cleaning: no wear on the objects cleaned, safety of electric equipment. - Ecological and economical: dry ice leaves no trace and does not create additional waste requiring treatment. - A significant increase in production thanks to its speed and efficiency (cleaning in situ without dismantling/reassembly, without cooling etc.).
