Architectural aluminium profiles - Import export

We are aluminium profile processing and supplying company for global aluminium user firms. We also supply aluminium casting, foil and sheet products too. We serve several mechanical processes like cutting, drilling, tapping, spilling, bending, sizing and mounting. We prepare customer’s orders in package with accessories and assembly guide inside and barcodes outside as shared by the inquiries.

The twisting or torsion of the extruded aluminium, stainless steel, brass or iron profiles is carried out via a clockwise (or counter clockwise) solicitation of the cross section against its axis. In order to avoid that this twisting jeopardizes the stiffening rib, we use a filling system to help the stretching and the compression of the fibres. We are able to twist up to 9 mt profiles!

The process of three-dimensional curving of aluminium, stainless steel, brass or iron profiles is carried out in two steps: torsion and bending. This is a very complex process, which only a high-skilled staff, with a technological equipment, can carry out.
