The Automated Serial production qualified for the highest standards in CNC machining in a 6000 sqm. The production lines here are made of automated, robotized cells and are able for high precision mass production of different parts for any industry – engine or structural parts, any other components – as well as aluminium and steel products. We have centralised chips and emulsion management, temperature and filtered air control, 7/24 shift pattern.

Besides the production there are robotized high pressure washing equipment, waterproof with special positioned pins for pricese water targetting, dryer and tracebility control too.

The Customised manufacturing is performed in a 3000 sqm area. We offer a wide range of services: we construct and machine small, medium and large size components, from 10mm till 5200x3250x2700mm and we have a giant CMM to measure the big size: DEA ALPHA, Leitz X1 - 5000x2500x1800 mm. We have more than 30 machines in this facility (milling, CNC machining centres, grinding, lathes) and 2 Quality laboratories. The strength of this division is the design and manufacturing of fixtures and dedicated machines aiding manufacturing. The secret to our competitiveness is flexibility and high-quality services. The Wattsan 0503 CO2 laser cutting machine is an advanced medium format model for laser cutting and engraving non-metal materials. Laser cutting machine designed for serial laser cutting and engraving, it can easily handle wood, plywood, cardboard, paper, plexiglass, acrylic, plastic, rubber, leather, fabric,s and fur. The latter can be found, among others, in the automotive industry, where about 95% of elements are formed by forming on presses. Progressive dies, like other tools we supply, are used for plastic working of thin metals. They are multi-measure tools.
