Airless bottles are used for packing (storing) semi firm cosmetic products. Their advantage is that they are made entirely of plastic components, i.e. they have no metal parts. Their mechanism has an automated self gasketing valve that stops the air and prevents contamination and oxidation of the product. Dosage of the product is possible in any position and the percentage of the product´s usage is more than 98%. They have an inner and an outer part. The outer part is made from polystyrole and the inner one of polypropylene. Cosmetic containers under the catalogue numbers 23065 and 23150 are made entirely of polypropylene. The cosmetic container under the catalogue number 24100 is made entirely of polystyrene. They can be in direct contact with the product if the product does not have a high vapor pressure. Every plastic container can have an innerseal.
