The grain separator is used to separate small and big foreign materials (paper, straws, corn, soil etc. ) from the grain. The product is evenly distributed on the sieves by the adjustment gate at the grain intake as well as the distribution devices on the sieves. The machine consists of a vibrating body installed on a stable chassis. It is driven by two symmetrical vibration motors. The vibration level of the machine is adjusted by changing the inclination level of these motors. Rubber vibration dampeners are used to isolate the vibration. There are two layers of sieves in the grain separator. While the first layer separates the particles bigger than the grain, the second layer separates smaller particles. The grain separator has to be used with an air-channel or radial air separator. This way, the light particles are removed as well.

The machine can handle pallets measuring 1000 x 1200, with a maximum height of 2000, with flat separators between layers of plastic or rigid cardboard containers or trays. It's a stationary platform depalletizer; with this system, it's possible to load the pallet into the machine already without the cardboard hood, using a pallet truck or forklift on the dedicated centering frame ensuring correct positioning. The machine features a robust and compact structure with linear guides to ensure movement precision. It utilizes inflatable rubber gripping heads for 3 rows of bottles, suitable for bottling lines with production rates up to 3,000 b/h. Alternatively, there's a version with gripping heads for picking up an entire layer of bottles. Magnetic gripping heads are also available for depalletizing metal cans. Format changeovers are simple and very fast by adjusting the position of the rubber according to the format. The machine is equipped with an electrical panel and control panel.

Embossed polyethylene film as rubber separator Our embossed polyethylene film is used as a liner for the calendered rubber. It prevents the contamination of rubber by dust and other foreign matters that might stick to it during storage before further processing. With its diamond-shaped embossing, our film can be easily removed from the rubber without any distortion. Our polyethylene film is manufactured from 100% virgin low density polyethylene that retains the embossing pattern even when subjected to high temperature and stretch. Paper is also used as a filler for finished products: bags, shoes, etc. Due to the low density (1 kg contains more than 30 m2) of crepe paper, the price of 1 m2 is the lowest compared to other types of products. KTX 05 strong is a single-component,  water-based product containing microcrystalline- wax. It is colourless after drying and is used for protecting surfaces against graffiti. The coated surface is protected against aerosol spray paints, water-based markers, atmospheric pollution, dirt, acid rain and moisture. On application, KTX 05 strong accumulates on capillaries  and pores' walls as a separating layer, which makes the surface impermeable  to water and reduces adhesiveness  of paints/pigments. It is applicable in 1 layer. KTX 05 strong is a hydrophobic preparation, has preservative properties as well as UV filters, thanks to which the colour of the protected surface remains unchanged. It reduces mineral substrates’ permeability to water and harmful substances. The substrate colour tone becomes slightly deeper, while the gloss decreases a little with the surface texture remaining unaffected. Availabe in a semi-matte version.
