The compact confocal IFD2411 measuring system is a factory-calibrated measuring system for industrial series applications. As well as displacement and distance measurements, the system enables even thickness measurements of transparent materials. The IFD2411 confocal chromatic measuring system is a complete channel which contains a controller and an adapted sensor with measuring ranges of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and 6 mm. This measuring system is ideal for series applications.

The sensor elements of the EDS series are protected by a pressure resistant stainless steel housing. As target, an aluminum sleeve is used which is integrated into the piston rod and is passed without making contact and wear-free over the sensor rod.

The thermoIMAGER TIM QVGA and TIM VGA cameras are used for stationary thermography tasks where high resolution is required. Due to their high thermal sensitivity, these cameras also detect even the smallest of temperature differences. Both standard lenses and special microscope lenses are available for the TIM QVGA and TIM VGA cameras. The microscope lens enables detailed macro shooting of the smallest of elements. High-resolution macro shooting is possible with a spatial resolution of 28 µm. The distance between the target and the camera varies between 80 mm and 100 mm.

scanCONTROL 3D scanners are used for precise inline 3D measurements in numerous applications. Scans are performed by moving the scanner or the target. Due to their low weight, the scanners are ideally suited both for robotic applications and inline production monitoring. These 3D laser scanners are characterized by high dynamics, absolute precision and their compact size. With the scanCONTROL 3000 and the new scanCONTROL 3002 series, Micro-Epsilon offers a comprehensive portfolio with numerous measurement areas, Red and Blue laser technologies and extensive accessories. The scanCONTROL 3D laser scanners are based on the latest GigE Vision and GenICam standards and can therefore be integrated into a wide range of image processing environments. The powerful 3DInspect software is available for parameter setting, evaluation and output.

The sheathing thermocouple from Therma is perfect for reliable and fail-safe temperature measurement in the exhaust gas system. It excels with its simple structure. By selecting double-walled sheathing material made of Nimonic75, this thermocouple is well prepared for corrosion influences and vibrations along with extremely high temperatures. The Recovib.Monitor devices are industrial grade multi-purpose acquisition and monitoring systems. They provide a full embedded solution for connecting up to eight sensors (current loop, IEPE, single-ended/differential voltage) to a hardware platform that can acquire process, store and display data in several ways. They can either stream sensor’s raw data to a local machine or send secured messages to the Recovib.io platform. In that mode, they can be remotely configured and customized to fit customer’s needs.
