thicknessGAUGE C.LP sensor systems use laser profile scanners for the thickness measurement. These scanners project a laser line onto the surface to be measured. The laser line compensates for strip tilting and enables profile averaging. The laser line measuring technique makes it possible to measure the thickness of structured materials such as embossed surfaces and perforated plates.

The LVP-25-Z20 and LDR-14-Z20 sensors are used for monitoring the clamping position in machine tools. These inductive sensors are integrated in the release device and directly measure the clamping stroke of the drawbar onto which the target ring is glued. Due to their extremely compact design, these sensors are used for different types of tools while providing high-precision and continuous monitoring. The optoNCDT LL laser sensors produce an oval-shaped light spot of just a few millimeters in width which reminds of a short "laser line" (LL). The differential pressure transmitters of the PRD-33X series are designed for accurate measurements in low pressure ranges with very high overload on both sides. Inductive displacement sensors of this series measure linear displacements and indirectly all mechanical values convertible into displacements by additional equipment (i.e. tension and compression forces, extension, torque, vibration). Magtrol’s TS In-LineTorque Sensors provide extremely accurate torque and speed measurement. Each model has an integrated conditioning electronic module providing 0VDC to ±5VDC (±10VDC) torque output through an 8-pole connector, as well as a USB interface which can be directly connected to a computer. Sensor IQ Easy: that measures the electrostatic charge A sensor that measures the electrostatic charge of a web can be added to the IQ Easy platform. The Sensor IQ Easy is a bar type device that can hold op to 16 sensor heads. Each sensor head can be placed on a strategical position across the web to monitor the electrostatic charge. All data of each sensor head is communicated to the Manager IQ Easy and stored for process monitoring.
