Our product is produced from virgin polyethylene and OPP. Its length can be up to 70 + 5 cm depending on demand. Air hole can be added according to demand. OPP self-adhesive bag, single layer is between 25 – 30 microns and polyethylene self-adhesive bag, single layer is between 30 – 35 microns. Printed or unprinted can be produced.

Self adhesive bags, as well as envelopes, are used whenever a bag has to be reclosed easily, and wherever the protection of the content against contamination or loss is essential. Therefore, the flap of the bag is provided with a reclosable or permanent adhesive stripe which makes the bag extremely user-friendly. Laundry bags eliminate the risk of disease transmission from contaminated laundry for hospital workers and laundry staff. They prevent the spread of contamination that may occur during transportation of laundry to the laundry room. The contents of the bags can be easily seen and controlled. OPP bag sealing tape is specially designed for high-pressure PE self-adhesive plastic packaging bags. The surface of the product is covered with BOPP release film. Pet is used as the base material and double-sided acrylic glue is used. The product has the advantages of strong glue and weak glue. It is suitable for sealing PE bags with different material thickness. It has good repeatability and the thin bags will not stick. Their designs have lots of advantages including good adherence and retentiveness, recycling usage, and the liner on the tape can be easily removed with finger lift edge on each side of the tape. FP RWR is a series of reel-winders of self-adhesive labels in rolls built for industrial use, robust, completely made of steel, equipped with a large support base for a stable connection to the printer. Available in versions with a maximum width of 130 mm. or 230 mm. The expansion mandrel allows the use of internal cores from 40 to 110 mm. (76 mm for the BIG model) and rewind reels up to an external diameter of 300 mm (400 mm for the BIG model). An innovative dancer position detection system allows to perfectly follow the speed of the printer avoiding tears or continuous stops. It is possible to rewind in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction and select the maximum speed range to be reached. Powered at 230V or on request 115V, it does not require a separate power supply. The microprocessor control board also allows to stop the rotation of the motor when the reel is finished or in case of paper breakage, signaling the anomaly with an audible signal.
