Through a graphical interface it guides the conversation to identify exactly what the issues is, how it was caused, the priority, and automatically assigns the correct SOR code(s). So repairs are diagnosed correctly, first time, and tenants are satisfied. It is easily integrated with all of the major Housing Management Systems through a RESTful API, so communications are completely secure. It is a legal requirement under The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998 that every lifting operation is carried out in a safe manner.
