Stalk Shredder: It is a device used to shred the plant residues (stubble) remaining in the field after harvest. Our guide welcomes you for a one and a half hour walk through the historical centre of Ghent. You will explore the city in a different way: your senses will be tested and stimulated and you will also get to know the city better. Our guide will give you some explanation of the most important buildings and locations. We will pass by the neighbourhood ‘Gewad’, the Beguinage, Vrijdagmarkt,.. This unique walk is seasonal and will be adapted according the season of the flowers and plants. After the walk we organize a perfume workshop, in collaboration with the perfume house ‘In Fine’, set in a unique art deco building. We start with a personal selection, every participant will be guided and professionally advised and perfumed. In the end we discuss the chosen scents and perfumes with the entire group or in small groups depending on the number of persons.
