We manufacture a complete range of conveyor cleaning brushes, motors and mountings to clean conveyor systems and conveyor belts. They can be manufactured to suit different environments such as heat resistance and food grade for ie. ovens, food production, bakery and seafood as well as aggressive and durable for ie. building materials, engineering, warehousing etc. Conveyor cleaning brushes are either close-wound brushes or an open faced spiral (auger style or archimedes screw). The amount of aggression required to clean along with the type of conveyor system, determines the type and style of brush. Brushes may be replaceable or refilled dependent on the diameter and weight of the brush and the cost of logistics for shipping and carriage.

Native Wheat Starch is made by cleaning, dehulling, and milling the wheat, and then extracting the starch with water. The resulting product is a fine, white powder and is characterized by its ability to emulsify, retain water, and create a cloudy appearance. Native Wheat Starch is an excellent thickener that improves the texture of foods by increasing smoothness and creaminess. It has a shelf life of 12-24 months when properly stored. It is available in 25 kg bags or Big Bags. Native Wheat Starch is used in a wide range of food products, including confectionery, desserts, baked goods, snacks, and ready meals, as well as in custards, dry soups, and sauce premixes. It is also used in batter and breading mixtures, cheese, seafood products, alcoholic beverages and in the paper industry.

Thermo-formable PA/PE or PA/PP bottom film is used for vacuum packaging. Used for packaging: fresh meat, poultry, cold and smoked meats and maturing cheese, fresh and frozen and smoked fish, seafood, ready meals, culinary products, fruits and vegetables, and bread. Top PA/PE or PP/PA cover film is used to close the vacuum package from the top on roll machines carrying the product. On request, we print on the film according to the customer’s design.

The Espinaler razor clam is marisqueda in pure waters, at its optimum moment, in order to preserve all its properties. It is a product highly appreciated for its quality and texture. This product has been seafood, processed and packaged without interruption to preserve freshness and flavour. Special care has been taken in cleaning it, to remove sand.

PESK BIZ is a range of 3 prepared seafood products made from the fish caught on our 2 vessels Joseph Roty II and Emeraude. Our source materials are then forwarded to our Saint-Malo workshop where the "Breton Fish sticks" are manufactured. PESK BIZ is indeed a Breton name which means Breton fish stick.
