For removing of stamping scrap the GSW Linear Parts Transporters are a much more durable solution over belt conveyors. With compact design, eight different sizes and a strong performance up to 100kg peak load they set a worldwide standard. However, for fast removal of good parts and some scraps, belt conveyors can offer a most suitable solution – especially if the parts are delicate and would suffer from bumping and dirt. That is why for such applications we do offer conveyors too.

This conveyor is used to transport light scrap and dismantled car bodies.

Mayfran's pneumatic swarf suction system provide for cost-effective collection of scrap from machining operations and transport to a central binning or processing operation. Available in blowing- or suction-based designs, pneumatic swarf transport offer reduced labor costs, improved cleanliness, and significantly increased uptime versus manual swarf removal activities. The systems are flexible enough to meet a wide variety of machine tool arrangements, including innovative at-the-tool design for large gantry-type machine tools.

It is a system that enables the compressed scrap to be transported to the container by conveyor.
