Alder wood produces a neutral, balanced smoke that has long been a sportsman’s favorite for smoking salmon, trout, seafood and really any type of other meats. Because of the neutral characteristics of alder, it is works wonderfully when blended with other wood species, especially fruit wood. When using alder with meats such as steak, ribs and briskets, try mixing alder with our fruit wood species like apple and cherry for a delectable taste you’re sure to love. All of our wood chips are thoroughly dried and has all bitter tree bark removed to ensure you’re getting maximum smoke of 100% all-natural wood. The wood chips are precision ground for an even, consistent burn. All bags are 1.75 LB bags (794 g), 242 cu.in., 3.96 L in size.

These briquettes are made by oak and ash sawdust and are 100% ecological, no glues, no adhesives or any other chemicals. They are more suited for long burning stoves, fireplaces with a possibility to control air volume. Packaging for these RUF oak briquettes allows easy transport and store these briquettes. Since the briquettes are brick shaped, you can stack them easily and look fantastic next to any fire-burning device.

NESTRO type has a cylindrical shape and it is made from pine, oak and birch saw dust.They are made by moulding in a hydraulic or a shock – a mechanical press. Briquettes are composed with compacted forestall biomass It is 100% ecological, no glues, no adhesives or other chemicals.

Our Hardwood Sawdust is composed of very small wood chips that contain a minimal amount of moisture, allowing it to be virtually dust free. The majority of Sawdust is Poplar and contains no species that would be harmful to animals.

Designed for quick and accurate measurement of moisture and temperature of sawdust, wood chips, wood chips and other bulk waste from the wood industry. The moisture tester is based on the dielcometric measurement method, which ensures high sensitivity and accuracy of the device, and the long probe length allows you to make measurements at different depths of the material. Features and benefits of the METRINCO M151SD wood sawdust and wood chip moisture tester: The device does not require pressing of the sample, which significantly reduces the measurement time and does not lead to wear of rubbing parts, such as the lid and the measuring chamber cup. The dielcometric measurement method provides an error of no more than 1% moisture content. The active zone of the sensor is located at the end of the probe, which means that it is possible to determine the moisture content and temperature of bulk wood waste at a specific depth.

CSB series drum driers manufactured by our company with a capacity of 2 to 15 t/h are intended for drying chipped biomass, including sawdust, microchips, straw, etc. All models of CSB series drum dryers are adapted to work with heat generators for both wet (humidity up to 55%) and dry biomass (humidity up to 20%). Our dryers are designed with a view to maximally increase the level of safety during their operation which is guaranteed by the significant reduction in the temperature of the drying agent, the application of a flap automatically cutting off the flow of the drying agent to the drum of the dryer and the implementation of a modern fire protection system and an exhaust gas purification system in all dryer models.CSB series drum dryers feature a solid construction and aesthetic design. Screw conveyorsare used for transporting sawdust, wood chips, pellets and other bulk materials. Conveyor housing is made of structural steel with Magnelis® coating. Wormwheel is made of thick-walled steel pipe with 10 mm thick spiral welded to the pipe. End necks welded on both ends of the wormwheel are designed to be mounted in high-quality self-aligning ball bearings (SKF or INA/FAG) with UCF housing. Additionally, our screw conveyors are equipped with rotation monitoring sensors and inspection hatches with overflow sensors.Depending on the requirements and purpose belt conveyors could work with capacities from 15 m3/h to 100 m3/h. Our company offers BT series belt dryers from GermanSTELA Laxhuber GmbHand ATSS series from Polish company AMS elektronik. They are equipped with our proprietary control system and are designed for drying shredded biomass, such as sawdust, microchips, straw, etc. They feature a lower temperature of the drying factor than in drum dryers. The drying factor can be hot water with a temperature of up to 90°C, a glycol-based heating fluid with a maximum temperature of 120°C or, just like in drum dryers, hot air, but not exceeding 100°C.The upper temperature limit of the drying agent is imposed by the physical and chemical properties of the belt material. Belt dryers in the BT and ATSS series can achieve a capacity of 2 to 15 t/h.
