UĞURMAK UMDS series dewatering screens are designed to remove water from the acquired sand in a washing system. After any washing, sand contains a minimum of 20% water. It will be possible to stock up this amount of water and dry it in weeks minumum. However, this increases the inventory cost excessively. For this reason, dewatering screen is very valuable equipment for washing systems.

Istanbul Dokum is an organization, has flexible production methods enable to cast, iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and bronze in sand molding system in a single foundry. Our foundry, as different from the hundreds of foundries across Turkey and Europe, complex is equipped to supply castings to customers. In our induction furnaces, your orders are casted carefully with our qualified personnel. Casting cleaning is carried out by a separate team within our structure and some parts are subjected to heat treatment in accordance with special demands. We apply heat treatment in order to achieve better mechanical values depending on the end use areas. Sandblasting is done in our 2500x2500x3500(h)mm inner dimensioned sandblasting machine with a single piece capacity of 10 tons.

The VX4000 is the world's biggest industrial 3D printing system for sand molds. It has a cohesive build space measuring 4,000 x 2,000 x 1,000 mm (LxWxH). This machine can be used to economically produce very large individual molds, a great many small series components or a combination of the two. The chip-washing system reliably separates sand, rocks, and other contaminants from chips. This system is an indispensable machine technology especially for use with chips purchased from third parties and strongly contaminated raw material to minimize the wear of all downstream components, especially the plug screw and the grinding segments of the refiner. The chip-washing system also pre-conditions the chips for subsequent fiberizing. Characteristics, Function The chips are fed to the chip washing system. Here, a rotor dunks the chips under water and produces a high turbulence. Thus, the system implements the best separation of foreign bodies from the chips. Contaminants such as sand and rocks sink to the bottom and can safely be discharged.
