The EGE IGEX family comprises intrinsically safe sensors for use in zone 0/20. The EGE IGEX proximity switches are based on the conventional inductive principle and switch when a metallic object comes close. This family also includes sensors climatic proofed and high pressure cleaning proof for use at extreme ambient temperatures up to + 140° C and down to -60 ° C with protection class IP 68 IP 69. The sensors are certified according to ATEX and IECEx. They are suited in the area of explosive dust and gas atmospheres for presence verification, position and movement monitoring and the counting of objects and the speed control on conveyor belts.

The LogTag ST100T-15 external sensor is a strong and safe external sensor specifically designed for use with food. This external sensor is suitable for measuring the core temperature of a product. Place the sensor in the food and measure the temperature accurately.

The Thermalert TX infrared temperature sensors are available with remote addressability, easily installed in multidrop configurations. TX Series Smart Sensors communicate over a simple loop-powered 2-wire cable using the HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) protocol. This signal combines industry-standard 4-20 mA output with simultaneous digital communications. They include Raytek DataTemp® Multidrop software, providing an easy-to-use interface for configuration and monitoring. Temperatures can be archived or exported to other applications for analysis and process documentation. Smart TX sensors feature remotely adjustable temperature and output subranges, adjustable emissivity, ambient temperature check, and a user-defined alarm output. Averaging and Advanced Peak/Valley Hold algorithms are provided for accurate measurement of complex discrete processes.

The MSK320R contains two sensor elements and two signal conditioners, therefore providing two independent output signals A1. A2. B1 and B2 as well as the associated inverted signals  /A1. /A2 /B1 and /B2. Combined with a safe input card, the sensor can be used in the overall system up to Performance Level PLd. Enhanced safety owing to independent output channels. 2 magnetic sensors and 2 signal conditioners in one sensor head. Small, space-saving housing. Reading distance ≤2 mm. Repeat accuracy of ±1 increment. Great application temperature range of  -40 … 85° C. Optionally available with Deutsch connectors. Cost advantage by installation of one MSK320R sensor instead of two MSK320 sensors.

The stainless steel probe LMK 387 was developed for level and gauge measurement in wastewater, sludge or water courses. The mechanical robustness of the front-flush ceramic diaphragm faciliates an easy disassembly and cleaning of the probe in case of service. EGE amplifier for Ex proximity switches complement the intrinsically safe EGE sensors. They are used for switching point adjustment and provide functional and output indications as well as the output signals. They also provide the 30 V DC or 127 V AC or 230 V AC power supply. The devices can be set up intuitively using a potentiometer and have a cable break and short circuit monitoring feature. The NC/NO contact output functions can be adjusted. The analysis devices are intended for top-hat rail assembly in a control cabinet in the non-explosive area.

The F02 has been designed for application in systems which require a pressure transmitter with a Performance Level PL d or a Safety Integrity Level of SIL 2. It has a thin-film measurement cell made from stainless steel which is welded together with the pressure sensor and thus guarantees high media compatibility. It is available within pressures from 10 to 1200 bar. The output signal is made available at two outputs in parallel, whereby the second output represents an inverted signal. Users can select between a ratiometric and an 4-20-mA output in three-wire technology. The permitted media temperature range extends from -40…+125 °C. The total accuracy in the compensated range of 0…+80 °C lies at <= 1 % FS. The possible flexibility during integration into an existing machine is ensured through the provision of a multitude of available pressure connections as well as the small construction. The electrical contact takes place via a 5-pole M12 connector. The F02 also has E1 approval.
