AMT&C LLC offers a manufacturing of various types of electromagnetic systems. Additionally to the electromagnet itself, we can supply power units, switching units, cooling system and software for the system operation under PC control.

AMT&C LLC offers a compact design of high power electromagnets with water cooling. It is possible to obtain the magnetic inductance up to 2 T, adjustable inter-polar gap, supplying in a set together with a computer-controlled power unit (including polarity reversal) optical channel along the field direction, and other options. We work according to the customer's specifications. The electromagnets presented, as an example, in the photo has the basic characteristics: - adjustable gap from 30 to 65 mm, - the maximum field in the gap of 35 mm-0.8 T, - the maximum field in the gap of 65 mm-0.5 T, - weight-95 kg - maximum power consumption-4.5 kW

ТОРУС-200 is a modern welding inverter device based on a digital high-frequency mains voltage transducer. The device is designed for electric arc welding of low-carbon, alloy and stainless steels, it can operate in TIG and MMA modes. Obtaining high-quality welding joints does not require high qualifications from the employee, which is important for novice welders. In short-circuit mode, the device almost does not consume current, which allows it to be powered from petrol power units with a capacity of 4 kW (6 kVA) and a household network with slumps up to 165 V. ТОРУС-200, like other inverter welding machines of the ТОРУС line, allows you to get welding with stable parameters. It is characterized by: small weight – 5 kg, high performance factor and the ability to work with electrodes with a thickness from 1.6 to 5 millimeters. In addition, the ТОРУС-200 welding inverter is designed for continuous operation not only indoors, but also outdoors.

Vacuum truck MV is intended for the collection of liquid waste, technical water and their further transportation to utilization spot. By means of the pump vacuum is created inside the tank and the liquid, pumped through the hose, is supplied inside the tank. Tank discharge is carried out by gravity drainage or with the help of the pump, boosting air inside the tank. Compact direct current electronic control unit IBP8k-2,0/48R-4.4 is designed to ensure uninterrupted operation of telecommunication equipment with power up to 8 kW. Thanks to the modular design, power units easily replaceable during repair and maintenance. Operating range of AC power supply network is from 85 to 300 V with short-term emissions of up to 350 V. Thermal compensation system for the battery charge voltage allows extending its service life. EPU case made in the standard format of a 19" telecommunication rack with a height of only 2U, which ensures its compact placement. Remote monitoring of operation via RS-232/485 and SNMP is possible.
