NSBox-SUN access node is used to deploy protected autonomous or semi-autonomous outdoor applications in the area with no 24/7 electricity available and solar panels can be installed. Off-grid solar systems work by generating electricity from solar panels and using it to charge a battery via a charger controller. NSBox-SUN contains a charger controller that supports 18-40V solar panels up to 350W and maintains the proper charge of the battery to prevent overcharging and over-discharging. Battery capacity can be up to 200 Ah. The NSBon-51 charge controller is housed in small and rugged DIN rail or mounting panel mountable housing. The controller has three pairs of contacts for connecting the solar panel, battery and load. The front panel contains status LEDs and an integrated temperature sensor. Compensation -56 mV for each degree from 25C, reduces voltage with increasing temperature and vice versa. With temperature compensation charging, charging parameters are automatically adjusted.

The Industrial Power Booster is a power device which boosts 24VDC up to 55VDC to power up your PD for up to 72W. It is designed for environments where 48VDC power is not available. With all industrial graded components, this industrial power booster will guarantee a steady voltage output to your PD in a harsh environment. It’s perfect to use in security, communication, traffic and many other critical industrial environments. NSBon-48 Power Boosters are used with some 24 VDC powered NSBox-xxx for 48 VDC powered industrial PoE switches and another devices installed into these NSBox-xxx. Therefore NSBon-48 allows to avoid problems with different power requirements into electrical enclosure and helps to save space and solution cost. NSBon-48 has a very compact housing, an overload current protection and surge protection diodes on power input. The regulator knob allows to adjust the output voltage accurately in 48..55 VDC range.

There are two models of compact NVR, NSBon-45 and NSBon-44 with PoE ports. It can work with all ONVIF-compliant IP cameras, supporting dual stream and up to 4K definition. NVR can be used for offline recording with supporting 8x 1080P or 9x 720P network cameras, or as a required element for LTE/4G Router connecting. It supports recording by manual, by timing and by motion detection. It also supports pre-record and post-record time for motion detection, alarm recording, motion and/or alarm recording. Thermoelectric Coolers or Thermoelectric Assemblies are designed to remove heat around critical components within an electrical enclosure with IP66 / NEMA4 protection category. These is a thermoelectric module (thermoelectric air conditioner) using the Peltier effect. The thermoelectric modules create a temperature difference between the internal and ambient heat sinks. It makes internal air colder while heat is dissipating into the external environment. Fans help the transfer of heating from the heat sinks. The main advantages of Thermoelectric Cooler over conventional compressor are: it can be controlled electronically; it is easily reversible when the current is reversed; it can work in harsh environments: in high ambient temperatures or heavily polluted ambient air; in application with vibrations or strong accelerations. Thermoelectric Coolers should be used in regions with hot climates

Electrical and electronic equipment mounted inside a cabinet generate heat that raises the temperature internal air. Over time, the ever increasing heat can cause sensitive devices to malfunctions. Additionally, heat accumulation can cause circuit breakers to trip which can result in system shut down. Fan filter units are used for enclosure climate control to dissipate heat from within the enclosure to prevent the premature failure of the equipment inside it. It helps to increase an operational reliability and a service life for electrical and electronic systems. Filter fans will cool enclosures to a level slightly above the ambient temperature outside the cabinet. To cool enclosure contents, the fans draw filtered ambient air into the cabinet. At the same time, the heated air within the cabinet is blown out an exhaust. The exhaust is also filtered which creates airflow resistance and a slightly higher pressure inside the enclosure.

NSBon-15 and NSBon-14 are surge protectors keeping any IP devices with Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T interface safe from lightning strike and other forms of electrical interference such as power surges and spikes over networking cables. The devices support PoE transmission in accordance with IEEE 802.3af/3at/3bt recommendations, regardless of the transmission method, as well as passive PoE. The NSBon-15 has eight shielded RJ45 Jacks for connecting four equipment ports. The NSBon-14 has two shielded RJ45 Jack for connecting one equipment port. These protectors utilize Gas Discharge Tubes (GDT) for each wire in RJ45 connector in order to protect all eight wires of networking cable including PoE. The “Line” sockets and the “Equipment” sockets of each port are located on different sides of the case opposite each other. There are also two contacts on the case, GND1 for connection directly to the potential equalization bus (PE) and GND2 for connection to a ground point inside the enclosure.

NSBon-10 is a surge protection device suitable for AC 50/60Hz, rated voltage up to 275V. It protects user's equipment to indirect and direct lightning effect or other transient overvoltage. NSBon-10 surge protector is designed according to IEC 61643-1/GB 18802.1 and can be applied for TNS power supply systems. NSBon-10 is a single DIN-rail mounted module that is easy for installation and maintenance and should be installed close to the protected equipment. NSBon-10 surge protector has a relay output that is shorted until there is no fault and the device is operating properly. The relay is open after internal thermal disconnection device actuation and failure. The device has L,N and PE terminal blocks for wires up to 2,5 sq. mm.

The indoor lighting kit NSBon-06 is suitable for the most types of junction boxes and enclosures. The kit allows to execute repair electrical works (replacement of an Ethernet switch, power supply, batteries) on the installed facility at any time of the day. The system is equipped with a separate circuit breaker. For safe work, you should turn off the main power of the enclosure and all equipment. By default, the lamps are installed in the niches of the top and bottom walls of the cabinet. If necessary, it can be moved to another location. The kit consists of the following components: One or two LED lamps in metal frame with a reflector Magnets for mounting the lamp to a metal surface Circuit breaker and set of wires

NSBon-04 is a plastic handle with lock system. It is designed to lock an electrical enclosure using a unique lock system and reliable protection against acts of vandalism. In the equipment includes a plastic handle with lock cylinder insert, a lock No. 3524E and two keys. The installation of the NSBon-04 option is quick and easy without any mechanical modification of the door.

The NSBon-01 mounting kit is designed for quick and reliable mounting of the NSB-xxyy | NSP-xxyy | NSV-xxyy | NSE-xxyy series electrical enclosures on circular or rectangular poles. The components of the mounting kit are made of zinc-plated sheet steel and stainless steel. There are two options of lengths of clamping straps, for standard diameter poles up to 190 mm and enlarged diameter up to 300 mm. In the equipment of NSBon-01 includes two mounting rails, two clamping straps, four clamping brackets and the accessories. The pole mounting kit, by default, is designed for 600 mm wide electrical enclosures. By cutting the rail to length or drilling additional holes on the cabinet, the NSBon-01 mounting kit may also be fitted to larger and smaller electrical enclosures.

NSBon-59 is a multiband GSM 900/1800 | 4G LTE/ 3G/ WiMax | Wi-Fi antenna suitable for outdoor installation. It is made of UV resistant ABS plastic and can be used together with NSGate NSBox-LTE Outdoor Access Nodes equipped with wireless data transmission devices (4G/LTE routers etc.). NSBon-59 Antenna provides much better bandwidth comparing to antenna installed inside the made of steel cabinet. Steel cabinet walls of a NSBox Access node causes signals to reflect and poor penetration as a result. Therefore, using remote NSBon-59 Antenna is a good solution to achieve stable bandwidth and performance. In order to get better performance, avoid mounting the antenna next to a column or vertical support that could create a shadow zone and reduce the coverage area.

NSBon-49 is a high-efficiency isolated DC-DC converter with ultra-wide input voltage range and 12 or 24 VDC output. The most important application of this power converter is powering user's equipment that requires 12 or 24 VDC power and must be installed into outdoor access node or uninterruptable power supply cabinet with single 48V DC UPS system inside. 48VDC UPS is the most used UPS for outdoor access nodes because 48VDC power is required by most PoE switches. Therefore NSBon-49 power converter allows to install devices with different power requirements into the outdoor cabinet with single 48 VDC UPS system and helps to save space and solution cost. NSBon-49 can be used for powering LTE/4G routers, NVR's, access controllers, sensors etc. NSBon-49 has input under-voltage protection, output short-circuit, over-voltage and over-current protection. So using NSBon-49 power converter together with 48VDC UPS allows to provide uninterruptable power supply to 48V PoE switches and 12/24V

The NSBon-47 is a compact and cost effective Active PoE (48VDC) to Passive PoE (24VDC) converter. The input can accept any PoE that meets IEEE802.3af/at/bt standards from regular switches or injectors. The output is 24VDC Passive PoE up to 24W. Incorporating a compact, in-line design, they are perfect for outdoor use inside a weatherproof electrical enclosure. NSBon-47 can be connected to any PoE port of Industrial switch located inside outdoor access Node NSBox by RJ45 male connector. It is compatible with auto-sensing and is recognized by PoE switch as a 802.3at/af PD device. On the other side of the converter there is an RJ45 Female connector for connecting various devices powered 24VDC Passive PoE ranging from video camera, access point, and router (Ubiquiti UniFi, airMAX etc.). Pins 4,5 and 7,8 of the RJ45 Female connector are used for powering in PoE mode B. Maximum output power is 24W. NSBon-47 compatible with all 24VDC Passive PoE devices.

NSBon-36 is used to protect user's equipment installed into NSBox Access Node or NSB/NSE/NSP electrical enclosure with climatic control system inside from damage that can be caused by system start in low temperature conditions. The idea is not to apply power to the equipment before temperature inside the cabinet reaches acceptable level. I.e. if the temperature is lower than required by protected device's datasheet and power is applied to the entire Access node or Enclosure, the heater starts first and only after temperature rises above level set by user power is applied to the protected device. NSBon-36 consists of normally open thermostat with adjustable threshold, a contactor that is used to apply power to the user's equipment under protection and terminal blocks.

The NSBon-08 is a special socket for DIN rail mounting. The socket has a ground contact. The case is made of fireproof polyamide. The sockets are used for different purposes ranging from repair works, distribution of power supplies, and customer devices connection.

The NSBon-05 door-operated switch is designed to switch electrical circuits depending on the cabinet door position. The NSBon-05 switch has a build-in cable of 0.5-1 m. It may be installed inside the NSB-xxyy series electrical enclosures using NSBon-00 mounting kit. NSBon-05 switch is used : to manage lighting inside the cabinet when NSBon-06 lighting kit is used; to control the position of the cabinet door and to manage the alarm in case of unauthorized opening this door.

The NSBon-02 | NSBon-03 are rain hoods | sun shields for the NSB-xxyy | NSV-xxyy series electrical enclosures. Rain hood material is stainless steel. Designed for reliable protection for outdoor siting with water run-off to the rear. Easily retrofitted. Rain hoods are required to prevent settling and building up of liquids, corrosive solids, minerals, dust, dirt and debris on top of an electrical enclosure. If corrosive liquids and solids settle and build up on top of an electrical enclosure, the integrity of the electrical enclosure coating and material may be compromised, which may lead to corrosion and ingress of liquids and solids into the enclosure. The NSBon-02 | NSBon-03 rain hoods are an excellent choice for retrofitting onto electrical enclosures with a flat roof and we generally recommend to use it for outdoor siting.

The NSBon-00 mounting kit is designed for simple and quick installation of additional accessories inside the NSB-xxyy series electrical enclosures. When using the NSBon-00 kit, no mechanical modification of the cabinet is required, for example, additional holes or opening. Additional equipment is mounted on any interior side surface of an enclosure. Installation kit material is zinc-plated sheet steel. Two rows of system perforations provide additional flexibility in the installation of various equipment. The NSBon-00 mounting kit is recommended and used to install the following accessories: Fiber Optic Distribution Frame (ODF); 24VAC power systems NSBon-31/32/33 (transformers); Door-operated switch NSBon-05; Holder for a cable hose or bundle of cables; Vertical system chassis; Additional customer equipment;
