To connect the bit to the motordrill shaft, you must use a screw, a washer, and a nut, which are installed using the keys included in the kit. When attaching the bit to a screwdriver, an adapter (sold separately) and a wing screw (included) are required. If the ice is more than one meter thick, then an extension (sold separately) must be installed on the bit, which will increase the drilling depth by 2540 cm.
