Depositors (extruders) are custom-manufactured depending on the needs of the Customer and the parameters of the oven. All projects are coordinated with the Customer and the oven manufacturers. The machine frame is manufactured in the following types: •U-shaped frame; •frame of intermediate section; •frame mounted in the oven tension station. Mechanisms and units of machines are specially designed considering the increased operating temperature and continuous equipment operation throughout the day. (for making various types of cookies, gingerbread, etc.)

In this regard, we are always ready to help you and take care of all the nuances of mold production. There are two mold production options. - the customer has mold drawing: 1. Based on the mold data, we will calculate production cost. 2. After the customer's approval, we start production. 3. The customer receives the finished mold within the agreed term. - the customer only has a drawing or product sample: 1. Based on the product data, we will calculate the mold production cost. 2. After signing the contract, we begin the design of the mold. 3. After the project is approved by the customer, we begin the production of the mold. 4. The customer receives the finished mold within the agreed term.

Splash fountains are the easiest type of fountains to operate with all the equipment installed in an underground bowl. Made of stainless steel for heavy duty and long service life. This ready-made solution is much cheaper than a custom greenfield project. You save money on engineering costs –sets are already designed based on tests and years of experience. The Set includes everything you need for assembly, except for the bowl and embedded elements. The package consists of: fountain nozzles, collector(s), pump(s), filter case assembly, underwater cables set, fountain set control cabinet, LED RGB Illumination system, decorative foot grating, grating supports, installation and operating manuals. Custom equipment set is possible based on the technical parameters and dimensions provided by the Customer.
