IROS 03 Fourier infrared spectrometer is designed to record absorption spectra of solid, liquid, and gaseous substances in the near and medium IR region (including drugs, varnishes and paints, oil products, pharmaceuticals, polymer films, and fibers) with their subsequent identification, as well as for qualitative and quantitative analysis of mixtures containing several components. Our plant processes hemp seeds and exports shelled seeds of various shelling degrees: for the production of oil and for direct consumption. The product does not contain GMOs.

Fully automated spray jet cleaning system with rotating ramps, upward-opening curtain and roll-out worktable. It may include several stages of cleaning: washing, rinsing, drying. All stages are performed in one chamber. The washer is designed for cleaning large parts weighing up to 1,5 ton starting from cooling mixtures, dust, shavings, composites, oil after stamping, conservation lubricants, polishing pastes, emulsions, oil products. The efficient cleaning of surfaces that helps to remove a wide variety of contaminants is carried out with an alkaline cleaning solution heated to a predetermined temperature.

A washing unit with manual cleaning designated for complex cavities, soot dirt and carbon deposits. It is guaranteed to remove: cooling mixtures, dust, shavings, composites, oils after stamping, rust-preventing grease, polishing compounds, emulsions, oil products, sweat and grease deposits. The unit allows you to clean parts with complex cavities. A washing unit is equipped with a pneumatic drive for connecting a pneumatic brush and an air gun, as well as a flexible hose for supplying water under pressure.

It is a high-protein concentrated feed. Sunflower cake is a by-product of sunflower oil production. It is obtained by pressing sunflower seeds. First of all it is considered to be a valuable source of protein. The sunflower cake of this type has 38% protein content. Sunflower cake is rich in fiber (up to 20% by weight on absolutely dry matter), which increases the food digestibility and is necessary in feeding of all animals.
