Standart Prof ® Factory hoses for providing air and oxygen under pressure to welding machines and compressors. Two TPE layer with reinforcing threads and strengthened thickened shell, blue marker line. The hose retains elasticity up to -40°C and retains deformation resistance up tp 70°C. Maximum burst pressure is 5 MPa. Packing method: the hose is winded up in a coil, fixed by a fastening tape.

Standart Prof ® TPV is a double layer hose with thread reinforcement. Black inner and outer layer with yellow marking line. Standart Prof ® TPV show no colorless, no kinks and no cracks while use any season. Made of thermoplastic rubber (TPV) , that is a vulcanized EPDM rubber, that provides large temperature range of use -55+90°C, outstanding elastic and deformation resistant qualities, resistance against UV rays up to 50 years. Packing method: the hose is winded up in a coil, fixed by a fastening tape and placed in shrink wrap.

Aqua Prof ® is a double layer hose with thread reinforcement. Black inner layer and yellow outer layer, grey marking line. Aqua Prof ® show no colorless, no kinks and no cracks while use any season. Made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), that is a better version of rubber, that provides large temperature range of use -50+70°C, outstanding elastic and deformation resistant qualities, resistance against UV rays up to 50 years. Packing method: the hose is winded up in a coil, fixed by a fastening tape and placed in shrink wrap.

Standart Prof COLOR® is a double layer hose with thread reinforcement are good for garden, agricultural and industrial watering. Black or white inner layer and different colors outer layer with marker line. Do not contain PVC and phthalates. Being environmentally friendly these hoses are safe for human’s health, allowed to contact with drinking liquids - drinking water, gas and non gas beverages and alcohol up to 20% ethanol. Standart Prof COLOR® hoses are made of thermoplastic elastomer, that is a better version of rubber, outstanding elastic and deformation resistant qualities, resistance against UV rays up to 50 years. Standart Prof COLOR ® TPE drinking water hoses have considerably lighter weight comparing to regular rubber hoses and demonstrate no color loss, no kinks and no cracks. We have a selection of manual devices for packaging with plastic straps of the best producers from different countries. Mechanical devices are suitable for strapping small industries. For tension of the tape, a tension machine (tensioner) is used, then the ends of the tape are fastened with a metal bracket with the help of pliers (clamping device). The combined tool combines the two devices at once listed above and is used only when fastening horizontally.
