It is used for coloring bases of up to 50% fat content. This food dye is produced for those who appreciate healthy food, natural colors and vegetable ingredients when cooking. Natural food dye Vegycol-gel can be easily added to the base for obtaining the color you need. The basic colors can be mixed to obtain an additional color variant. The food dye is heat resistant up to 180°C, color is sustained when heated. Resistant when acidic conditions change. Frost-resistant. Additional area of application: cosmetics.
