The disadvantage of traditional textile covered rollers is that they do not assure uniform inking jobs at high printing speeds. Hannecard has developed a solid alternative: DoseRight, a laser-engraved 60 Shore A rubber roll covering. Different laser engraved patterns (squared, pyramidal, honeycomb, scattered, etc.) are available, in function of inking type and application. Laser engraved inking rollers assure a uniform and correct inking of the printing roll, avoid ghost image appearance and reduce the ink spillage. F.E.B.A. Laminating System is suitable for laminating, slitting and rewinding heat activated or cold bond adhesive products to fabrics, foam/rubber, soft foam, cork, felt and similar materials. Standard and special machines available to suit the customers specific converting application. UNWIND UNIT The unwind unit is composed of one station for the axial unwinding of the master logs. Fluoroplastic roll covers eliminate sticky build-up problems with metal and rubber rollers used in hot or cold applications. We offer heat shrinkable FEP and PFA roll covers in 0.5mm thickness, and standard and custom sizes. Our non-stick roller coatings are available for self-application using a simple hot air gun.
