We experimented a lot with the pressure on the plates and with the temperature, and it turns out that the less pressure the jack creates, the more the temperature has to be set, for example. A hand press is not good, it does not produce enough force to squeeze out the oil. If the effort is 2 tons, then the temperature should be set from 150 degrees (which burns out the necessary terpenes from the plant). If the force is 4-5 tons, then the temperature of the plates is 80-90 degrees. We have a tonnage of 10.5 tons that allows you to make pomace at a temperature of 30 - 60 degrees with a maximum yield. How to press amber: Press for extracting oils from raw materials by creating pressure and heating at the same time.
