The materials used for Sere Transilvania's greenhouses are produced in Romania or within EU space. All the materials have Conformity Certificate or Declaration of Origin to further ensure our Clients of the best quality provided. Sere Transilvania's modular greenhouses are built according to the European Norms regarding the construction of greenhouses (EN 13031-1) and are especially designed for the climate in Europe. The metallic structure is made of E260 steel, with Sendzimir 275g Zn/sqm galvanization which protects the film against premature wear. The installation of the structure is made through telescopic connection of the arches and their consolidation using longitudinal profiles. There is no need for welding. The glazing is made with single or double-inflated professional three-layered film of 200 microns. The greenhouse is designed to resist to difficult climate conditions as they are in Europe. The metallic structure is made of E260 steel, with Sendzimir 275g Zn/sqm galvanization. The steel is designed specially for greenhouses and tunnels, because it is very resistant in a corrosive environment. The steel impact- and distortion-resistant, with a smooth surface thus protecting the film against premature wear. Professional three-layered film of 200 microns, resistant to ultraviolet (UV), elongation 600% (EVA), exterior anti-dust layer, interior anti-condensation layer, 90% transparency and 20% diffusion. Warranty for 57 months and lifespan of approximately 6-7 years. The metallic structure is made of galvanized steel of 60mm diameter. The Sendzimir Z275 zinc-coating and the E260 steel offer the guaranty of the quality and durability of these structures. The entire surface of the classic tunnel is covered in 200μm three-layered film, sealed with aluminum profiles with PVC. The film is thermal and it has the following properties: UV resistant (ultraviolet), EVA resistant (elongation 600%), anti-dust exterior layer, 90% transparency, 20% diffusion, anti-condensation interior layer, 0,20mm thickness, 57 months warranty and 6-7 years lifespan. The access is assured through a sliding door plated with polycarbonate and set up at one of the edges. For natural ventilation, the tunnel is equipped with a lateral opening through manual rolling of the film on both sides.
